What UniMail is?

UniMail is a free service to clients of UniCredit Leasing AD. The service is part of the set of easures undertaken to address the issue about invoice delays, as well as a service aiming at adding value for clients by saving time and creating convenience by arranging all documents regarding client leasing contracts at a single place. UniMail is a present. The mailboxes address is in the www.unicreditleasing.bg , domain because UniCredit Leasing AD regards its clients as part of the big UniCredit leasing family.

Basic facts

  • Price: Free
  • Capacity: 10 MB + 10 MB for each client’s contract (it is also possible to request a higher capacity)
  • UniMail is secure – the mailboxes may receive and send messages only to mail addresses with the @unicreditleasing.bg extension.
  • Languages: Bulgarian and English.
  • Access: Web-interface. Free automated forwarding of massages to any mailbox of the client.
  • Address of the type:
    client number @clients.unicreditleasing.bg
  • The JavaScript and cookies should be permitted to any browsers.

Frequently asked questions

1. How do I log in to my mailbox?

1.1To log in to his/her/its mailbox, the client should go to the company’s website at www.unicreditleasing.bg , click the MY LEASING button from the main MENU, then click the “Enter” button and afterwards, enter a USERNAME in the input screen, which is the same as his/her/its client’s number, and a PASSWORD.

may also be used.



1.2.Login – the client enters a username (digits only) and a password in the opened page with the login box.



1.3.
General conditions and initial change of password – at his/her/its first login, the client should read and agree with the general conditions. A password change field appears. As far as the user has ticked that he/she/it “agrees” with “the general conditions” and has changed his/her/its password, he/she/it is deemed to have read and has agreed with “the general conditions” for using the service.




2. From where may I find out my password?
UniCredit Leasing sends to each one of its clients an official letter containing the USERNAME and PASSWORD, to the address for correspondence stated by the relevant firm or individual when entering into the contract or updated at subsequent official contacts. The letter with the personal password may not be sent to an address other than the officially stated one by the client.


3. For new clients.
New clients receive letters with passwords upon conclusion of their first leasing contracts.

4.What happens if I have more than one leasing contract?
Documents and correspondence regarding all contracts are forwarded to the personal mailbox (MB) of the client, where sufficient space for new letters is always available. As soon as MB starts cluttering, the client receives an automatic message to delete some of the letters and where this is not ccomplished, automatic deletion begins from the oldest letters in time.

5. What shall I do if I forget/lose my password?
The client takes care of safekeeping the password. In case of a forgotten or lost password, the client should complete a «Declaration–communication form» and submit it to address:
40, Tsarigradsko Shousse Blvd., floor 3, 1784 Sofia, the Operations Department or via fax 02/ 9765 320, or E-mail: customer.care@unicreditleasing.bg . The form may be downloaded from here.

The form needs to be signed by the party to the leasing contract and bear a wet stamp /for clients that
are legal entities/.

The new password is sent to the client according to the manner of receipt preferred by him/her/it. The process takes from 1 to 5 business days. If the user has indicated an E-mail “for forwarding” (Alias) in UniMail, the password is sent automatically to that address as well.

6. Why may I not read my invoices and other documents?
Invoices received by clients are in “pdf-Format”. To be able
to work with them, it is necessary to have Acrobat Reader installed,, which may be downloaded from here:
Regarding files in Excel or Word (if the client does not have the MS Office installed), it is necessary to download Excel Viewer 2003 , as well as Word Pad or Corel WordPerfect Lightning .

7. Will I receive advertising messages in my mailbox? What about spam?
The Web-interface of UniMail is cleared from any advertising banners, links or messages. Nevertheless, UniCredit Leasing AD reserves the right to inform its clients about various promotional conditions, events, etc. via messages sent in MB. Third parties’ advertising messages will not be sent. As regards SPAM messages, the service philosophy itself has been designed so that spam messages cannot reach MB (clients’ MB are accessible only from e-mail addresses in the @unicreditleasing.bg domain).

8. Is my personal information secure?
UniCredit Leasing AD undertakes to guarantee the inviolability of information containing personal data.
Communication via UniMail e-mail may be carried out ONLY between UniCredit Leasing AD and clients. The technical service has been designed and implemented so as to ensure a considerably higher security level than “conventional” e-mail.

9. Why does UniCredit Leasing AD offer the UniMail service - “I thought” UniCredit Leasing AD was a leasing company?
