The client takes care of safekeeping the password. In case of a forgotten
or lost password, the client should complete
a «Declaration–communication form» and submit it to address:
40, Tsarigradsko Shousse Blvd., floor 3, 1784 Sofia,
the Operations Department or via fax 02/ 9765 320, or E-mail: customer.care@unicreditleasing.bg . The form may be
downloaded from here.
The form needs to be signed by the party to
the leasing contract and bear a wet stamp /for clients that
are legal entities/.
The new password is sent to the client according to the manner of receipt
preferred by him/her/it. The process takes from
1 to 5 business days. If the user has indicated an E-mail “for
forwarding” (Alias) in UniMail, the password is sent automatically
to that address as well..
